Online Print Procurement
Hemlock’s ePrint Fulfillment solution is a state-of-the-art web-based tool that meets many requirements of companies looking to streamline their print purchasing habits by improving efficiencies throughout the print procurement process. ePrint Fulfillment is fully integrated with Hemlock’s MIS system, allowing for the live update and display of inventory counts online, live order status updates, as well as efficiencies in reordering and invoicing. This solution is provided in partnership with a world leader in the development of print procurement and print management tools, EFI (Electronics for Imaging Inc.). With over 100 installations worldwide, our ePrint Fulfillment product is a mature and proven online print procurement solution. Our flexible system can be used for inventory items, imprint items as well as repeat order digitally printed items and uses a standard shopping cart system. Technical support and site maintenance is handled on-site with a dedicated Web Services team at Hemlock.

In tandem with our ePrint Fulfillment product, we offer ePrint Digital, our web-to-print solution for new digitally printed on-demand printed products. ePrint Digital is our “storefront” application for submission of new orders whereby the files are uploaded, priced, proofed, approved and submitted to production online. This system also allows for template driven 1:1 variable, whereby a data set is uploaded for mailing items with full personalization.

Access to both ePrint Fulfillment and ePrint Digital applications can be made seamless with unified log-ins and an additional routing web page for some or all users.

File Transfer
Our online file transfer system is used for uploading and downloading files to Hemlock or other parties.

InSite
Our InSite online proofing tool is a unique and speedy way to approve, reject, annotate and collaborate on print-ready PDF files of your print project. It is also an excellent way to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and gather comments on pre-production files, to ensure that all changes are addressed before your job becomes live at Hemlock.
