Additional Printing Units

Our digital press is equipped with seven printing units, enabling Hemlock to print traditional four-colour process with up to three specially formulated spot colours, or with a spot matte treatment – both techniques which are unparalleled in digital printing.

Hemlock’s ability to mix and print custom spot colours aids in the development of corporate programs where consistency in corporate brands is critical. A technique similar to using a Pantone spot colour in the traditional workflow, using a spot ink on the Indigo can drastically reduce costs when printing with black in comparison to printing the corporate colour as a four-colour process build.
