Bindery & Finishing

Hemlock has consistently focused on offering an integrated solution with a minimum of subcontractors. The majority of work that Hemlock does is produced in-house, as our pressroom is supported by a fully equipped bindery.

At the heart of our post-press department is the Polar System 5 robotic materials handling and cutting system. Built around the System 5 is a configuration of five folders:

• A six-station collator / saddle stitcher with cover feeder
• A large format die-cutter
• An automated gluer / folder
• A high speed shrink-wrapping line.

Our logistics department coordinates product distribution for multiple shipments across town or around the world.
