Hemlock Printers Recognized With 2014 CAFE Award

Burnaby, BC – April 28, 2014 – Hemlock Printers Ltd. and the Kouwenhoven Family received recognition with receipt of the 2014 Family Enterprise of the Year Achievement Award at the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFE) Vancouver Chapter breakfast on March 6, 2014 at the Vancouver Club. The award, established in 1986, is given at a regional and national level to recognize the accomplishments of a Canadian family business and to celebrate the contributions they make to their local community and Canadian economy.
Dick Kouwenhoven (Founder and Chairman), and son Richard Kouwenhoven (President and General Manager), were honoured to receive the recognition from CAFE, and referenced Hemlock Printers’ harnessing of the power of print, amidst a rapidly changing media landscape, “we are very proud to represent an incredible team at Hemlock who have helped us succeed within a rapidly changing industry. We continue to evolve in our services and technology and take great pride in the work we produce for our clients.
